Why Build With Us
We are a smaller company so you are in direct contact with the builder. This helps with communication and a smooth construction process.
We have a smaller home-based office with very low overhead which means we can offer a quality custom home at a lesser price than the competition.
We use the same quality subcontractors on each home so they work as a team together. Some contractors have been a part of our team for over 30 years. With over 175 different workers involved with the construction of each home, it is important they function well together for the success of the new home. This helps provide an efficient home built on time. This also provides an assurance to the homeowner that the subcontractors care about the quality of work they perform on each home.
We use quality materials to provide a quality home. This goes beyond the cosmetic features of our homes. We make sure quality exists even with things you can’t see on the finished home. Please ask us for further details.
We pride ourselves on the good relationship we have with our homeowners. Please ask us for references if you like.
We are a member of National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) and the local Home Builders Association of St Joseph Valley
We pledge to follow Indiana Quality Assurance Builder Standards which will provide new homeowners with a detailed list of standards and warranties that come with each new home. New homeowners receive a copy of these standards at closing.
We are licensed in both Indiana and Michigan.
We are interested in preserving our environment while keeping all home energy efficient. Thus we test homes as to Energy Star standards for efficiency.
We can help build you a home for life. This means building a home that will be versatile enough to grow with you through all stages of your life.
